This new gentle sporting activity originates from Scandinavia and is excellent to keep fit and to lose weight (burning twice the amount of calories than walking or jogging) it also exercises 80% of your muscles! Made of carbon fibre (minimum 50%) They should be very light and absorb vibrations very efficiently. How to start? As with any new sporting activity, it is best to start with an instructor or in a club.
